had an amazing time in nassau! stayed at a great place that was close to everything - beach, town, and bus stops. the host troy was super helpful and quick to respond. loved that there was free drinking water too. can't believe how good value it was for the bahamas. definitely felt safe and comfortable in the neighborhood.
No air conditioning during summer, room was hot.

The experience at this property was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, just a short stroll away from Junkanoo beach and downtown. I loved being able to walk to all the bars, restaurants, and even a supermarket. The presence of adorable friendly street dogs added an extra level of charm. The ambiance was so relaxing, with the soothing sounds of birds and everyday life. For a solo traveler, this place was incredibly comfortable and felt more like a home than a hotel. Troy, the host, was incredibly kind and went out of his way to show me all the convenient places nearby. His hospitality was truly exceptional. The quad bike experience was jaw-dropping fun, as Troy took me around the neighborhood, showing me all the local spots. The central location allowed me to easily explore attractions like Junkanoo Beach and Port Bahamas, all within a short walk. I can't forget to mention Troy's attentiveness - he taught me how to navigate the bus system, even brought me aloe for my sunburn, and checked in with me daily to ensure I was having a fantastic stay. The personal touch and genuine care he provided made my time at this property feel absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay in.

Great location, within walking distance to attractions like Junkanoo Beach and Port Bahamas. Helpful and informative host who made us feel at home. Large rooms with natural light and cross breeze. Budget-friendly option. Access to WiFi. Owner goes above and beyond to ensure a personal and amazing stay, offering assistance with navigating the bus system, providing aloe for sunburn, and checking in regularly. Offered recommendations and even offered to drive us to the grocery store.
Felt really comfortable, no complaints at all.

We had an amazing Christmas stay here! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, town, and bus stops. We loved being able to easily explore the area and soak up the sun. The free drinking water was a huge bonus and saved us money. Plus, the host was super friendly and quick to respond to our messages, providing us with helpful directions and recommendations. the experience was great value for the price we paid.
While the place could have been cleaner, it was decent considering the price. The bathroom definitely needed some improvement, and it was a bit outdated and shared between multiple rooms.
